Grayson County Resources
Grayson County, with a population of nearly 26,000, enjoys a rural lifestyle within an easy drive of larger cities. Outdoor recreational areas, including Rough River Dam State Resort Park, offer local residents and visitors a terrific venue for boating, fishing, hiking, golf and more.
Marion County Resources
Located in Kentucky’s Bluegrass Region, largely rural Marion County is within one day’s traveling distance of two-thirds of the nation’s population. With a growing population of nearly 20,000, the county is a center of trade, commerce, and industry in Central Kentucky.
Washington County Resources
Washington County, nestled in the historic bluegrass region of Kentucky, is a progressive community with lots of hospitality, and a rich history and tradition. Washington County’s more than 11,700 residents share an open friendliness with a strong work ethic, and live in a community prepared and well-equipped for future growth.
Jefferson County Resources
Jefferson is the most populous county in Kentucky, with more than 740,000 residents. Louisville, the county’s largest city, is home to UPS, Ford, General Electric and a host of other major employers. Additionally, the county boasts a wealth of cultural amenities, great restaurants, plenty of outdoor venues and lots of things to do for both residents and visitors.
Bullitt County Resources
Bullitt County, located along Interstate 65 just south of Louisville, is one of the fastest growing counties in Kentucky with a 2010 population of more than 74,400. This represented a growth of more than 21% since 2000. Just as impressive is the fact that the number of jobs in the county rose more than 38% during that same period. Logistics has been and continues to be paramount to the county’s success.
Nelson County Resources
Nelson County’s nearly 45,000 residents enjoy an excellent quality of life, plenty of terrific amenities, a healthy business climate and continued economic growth. With plenty to do and see, the county is a mecca for tourists. In fact, the “Kentucky Bourbon Festival” in Bardstown draws thousands of visitors each September.
Larue County Resources
LaRue County, home to the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historic Site, is noted for its warmth and hospitality, as well as its scenic rural setting. The county’s 14,200 residents are served by an excellent highway system, with Interstate-65 cutting across its western border. Louisville, Bowling Green, Nashville and Cincinnati are all within an easy drive.
Breckinridge County Resources
Breckinridge County's more than 20,000 residents enjoy a rural lifestyle, with amenities such as Rough River Dam State Resort Park. This State Park offers some of the finest opportunities for fishing and water sports in the state. And while the county economy is based largely in farming, the tool and die industry also has a significant impact on employment.
Meade County Resources
Located in North Central Kentucky, Meade County’s nearly 30,000 residents enjoy 56 miles of beautiful Ohio River shoreline. Largely rural, but close to big city amenities, the county boasts hundreds of acres of trails and scenic vistas, a mild climate and plenty of fun activities for the entire family.
Hardin County Resources
Hardin County’s more than 100,000 residents enjoy one of the fastest growing local economies in the country, thanks in large part to their proximity to the U.S. Army installation at Fort Knox. Located along Interstate 65, the Bluegrass Parkway, and the Western Kentucky Parkway, the county offers easy access to destinations in all directions.
